The perfect, comfortable cottage for a relaxing holiday, Talbot House sleeps up to 5 in 3 bedrooms, ideal for families and groups and indeed if rented together with the adjoining studio can accommodate up to 7 people.

The entrance porch leads into a spacious lounge with original exposed beams, cosy open fire, views across the Helton village green , a 30” LCD TV with DVD and a small music system. The open plan dining room has a large six seater dining table.There is cental heating throughout.

Off the lounge, the fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and has views down the garden to the Lowther Valley.

The stairs lead past a customised single room with cabin bed to the master bedroom with a feature king size bed and a further twin upstairs. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath and electric shower.

There is parking for 2 vehicles outside the front door.

A cot and high chair are available on request.
