Talbot Studio is a generous cottage for a couple. Entrance is from the terraced garden into the kitchen/diner, this fully fitted oak kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Beyond this is a modern bathroom with a power shower over the bath and a modern white suite.

Up the spiral staircase is a large lounge with spectacular views down to the River Lowther and the hills in the east. The lounge is equipped with a 30” LCD TV with DVD and video, central heating throughout. A double bed with built in bedroom furniture is in a spacious area adjoining the lounge.

There is off road parking for 2 vehicles.
