This very recently renovated House offers spacious accommodation for families and groups and indeed if rented together with the adjoining Studio can house upto 7 people. The House comprises:-
Downstairs – Entrance Hall with a boot rack and coat hooks, leading to a very spacious lounge with Exposed beams, Open fires and central heating, a 30” LCD screen TV and DVD are also incorporated along with a small music system. The open plan dining room has a large 6 seater dining table and a bar area, a high chair is also available.
Upstairs – The stairs lead to a Customised single room with Cabin bed, with 2 further well-appointed bedrooms beyond, the main bedroom has a feature King-size bed, and all furnishings are in pine. A cot is also available.
There is a shared utility room which is quite spacious and houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, the access from both House and Studio is secure.
Prices are fully inclusive of electricity and oil, bed linen and towels.
There is a very secure area for leaving bicycles and small boats, off road parking for 2 cars is at the front of the house.
This House is very well located for those that wish to walk, fish, cycle or just enjoy. The House has the advantage of a shared garden to the rear with Talbot Studio, complete with beautiful gardens and a BBQ, with table and chairs.
