Very recently re-appointed to a very high standard the 1 bedroom Studio comprises:-
Entrance from the beautiful garden with stunning views over the Lowther valley into the Kitchen/Diner, this Oak kitchen has been completely refurbished and is fully fitted including Dishwasher, Microwave and Fridge Freezer. Leading on from this is a modern bathroom with power shower, a new 3 piece suite and high quality tile effect flooring.
A Spiral staircase takes you from the Kitchen area to the Lounge and Bedroom, which again has been fully refurbished to a high standard, and takes advantage of a 30” LCD TV with DVD and Video, central heating and a feature pine bed.
The views from the Studio over the Lowther Valley are quite stunning, and the garden incorporates both Table/Chairs and a BBQ for those outside evenings.
There is a secure area for parking bicycles, small boats etc. Electricity and Oil are all included in the price as are bed linen and towels.
The Studio is ideally situated for those that wish to walk, fish, cycle or just enjoy.
